Cancellation Policy

🖤 TattooPeter – Booking Policy 1. General Information Appointments can only be made through our official booking system, email, or in the studio itself. We only tattoo persons 18 years or older. ID is required for every visit. By making an appointment with TattooPeter, you agree to this booking policy. 2. Deposit A deposit of €50 is required for every booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of your tattoo. 💡 Important: The deposit is required because the tattoo artist invests time in designing your tattoo and reserves time in your schedule. If an appointment is cancelled, that time is lost. Therefore, the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling are possible up to 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment. If you cancel after this period or are a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited in full. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, a new deposit of €50 is required. In case of illness or force majeure, please contact us; the artist will decide whether an exception will be made. 4. Design & Preparation Designs are created specifically for you and will not be shared or reused. Sketches are not emailed in advance; you will see the design in the studio on the day of your appointment. Minor adjustments are still possible. For larger or completely custom designs, a consultation can be scheduled in advance. 5. Day of your appointment Please arrive on time; if you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. Make sure you have eaten well, are rested, and have not consumed alcohol or drugs in the 24 hours prior to your session. For longer sessions, please bring snacks and water. 6. Payment Payment is by cash or debit card, depending on the artist's instructions. Full payment is due on the day of the tattoo. 7. Aftercare You will receive verbal and written aftercare instructions after your tattoo. TattooPeter is not liable for the final result if the aftercare instructions are not followed. 8. Rights of the Artist The artist reserves the right to refuse or terminate an appointment if there are any concerns about health, behavior, or hygiene. All designs remain the property of the artist, unless otherwise agreed.
